A Good Week so Far
My first running blog post. This is my simple and humble attempt to record my progress on my running goals. Thanks to all those who tune in. I will write thoughts on my journey to better health and weight loss. I am not a natural runner. In fact I do not even like to run. But what I passionately love to do is long distance jogging -- especially in trials with nature all around. There is a big difference between runners and joggers and also a lot of similarities. I personally do not like competitive running -- some just love it though. It is important that one discovers what one really, really likes - and then formulate a plan around that. Anyway, so far this has been a great week so far -- Aug 22 - 28, 2011. Today is Aug 25th, so still in the middle of the week. So far 21km on mon and 21 km on wed = 42km so far. I am planning to attempt another 21 km tommorrow -- so that will give me some good distance this week. Bye for now on my first post.
