Mon - 10 miles
Tues - broke fast at about 12pm. Freaked out on food. 241 pizza and pop -- pokoras. Did go to sauna. Gained weight back -- 230 maybe.
Wed -sauna -- up and down
thurs- nil
fri -nil
sat - high park - 3 miles
sun - ymca - 1 mile - weights
Total = 14 miles
Review -- lost all diet control -- but no weight gain
weight - on Sun at Y - 223.5lbs
