Week 4 -- Mon Sept 12 - Sun 18, 2011

Terrible week. Gained weight back to where I started. Lost control of diet.

Mon - 10 miles
tues --241 pizza and pop
wed - longboat --dinner - macoroni
Thurs - no run - veg -magic oven and veg thali - sweets - jalabi
Fri - no run -
Sat - no run
Sun  - no run -med pizza and fries

total - 10 miles
--should be 215lbs by now -- starting all over again
