Completed the Scotia bank half marathon -Sun Oct 20, 2013. I went bare foot at the 15 km mark.

review - disaster -- diet -- over ate == weight 229.2 lbs on Sun -- despite all the running.  Hence diet is most important for weight loss.

Disaster Week -- gained 5 lbs. Total lost control of diet.

Sat- nil - ate whole cake - pizza/fries/ice tea
Sun - sauna at YMCA -- ate whole cake, pizza and fries, ice tea - 12" chesse and vegge sub
